 Getting Around Paphos

The urban bus transportation service is quite good. It connects the various sections of the town and is located in Ktima, on the corner of Athinas and Thermopylon Street.

Upper Paphos (Ktima) is best explored on foot many of its major historic buildings and interesting sites are within walking distance.

The harbour is the focus of the lower town (Kato Paphos) and it is also a pleasant place stroll in its own right.

Local Bus Service
Buses run regularly to various points throughout the city, and in summer  the main routes  are serviced until midnight.

Taxis

Metered taxis operate in several locations around Paphos, there are also shared service taxis or mini-buses which will take passanges door to door.

Car Hire
All the big hire car hire companies have offices at Paphos airport and along Apostolou Pavlou in Kata Paphos. You can also hire bikes, mopeds and motorbikes.
